Organizational Structure

pi STRATEGY is structured predominantly as a flat organization. On each of our client engagements, our consultants play a wide variety of roles that are designed with the specific client need in mind. A client team typically consists of two to five resources at varying levels of participation.

We recruit at the following three levels of our organization:

  • ASSOCIATE – an undergraduate / bachelor’s degree with some work experience
  • SENIOR ASSOCIATE – a graduate / master’s degree with 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience
  • ENGAGEMENT MANAGER – a graduate / master’s degree with 5 – 7 years of relevant work experience and strong engagement management experience

Typically, it takes 18 – 24 months to be promoted.

Our senior management is structured slightly differently. We adopt an organic growth model for our leadership team. It is mostly through internal promotions that these levels are reached. However, under exceptional circumstances, we will recruit someone directly at one of these levels. And recruitment at these levels is by invitation only. We have the following two levels for senior management: Associate Partner and Partner.
