This volume of the Insights Series focused on Strategic Intuition for a reason. Nine years and nearly 50 strategic client engagements have shown us that solving complex problems requires a set of seemingly incongruous disciplines to come together. On one hand, fact-based strategy analysis provides the necessary confidence in decision making. On the other hand, the proverbial ‘gut feel’ or experience-based intuition helps us to connect seemingly unconnected dots. Neither on its own is sufficient. It is the thoughtful combination of both that truly generates significant value in decision making and business performance.
