We are recruiting for the following three roles currently:
ENGAGEMENT MANAGER
The Engagement Manager plays a critical role on all pi STRATEGY engagements: client relationship management, project design, project planning, project management, value creation, budget management, capabilities development of the team, and risk management. The Engagement Manager brings to bear their analytical, critical thinking, multi-tasking and people management skills to guide a project from inception to results delivery.
Those that do well in this role typically have the following credentials: an undergraduate degree from top academic institutions in an analytical discipline (engineering, economics, etc.), a graduate degree from top academic institutions in management (MBA/MPA/MDS), and varied work experience (4 – 5 years) in multiple domains, some of which is in project management. But most importantly, Engagement Managers are fiercely focused on value co-creation, value articulation, and value demonstration.
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
A Senior Associate at pi STRATEGY is entrusted with a role that is both challenging and rewarding at the same time: leading highly analytical workstreams in research, hypotheses design, framing issues, identifying innovative solutions, and building practical strategies. They are typically focused on multiple projects at any given time.
Those that do well in this role typically have the following credentials: an undergraduate degree from top academic institutions in an analytical discipline (engineering, economics, etc.), a graduate degree from top academic institutions in management (MBA/MPA/MDS), and work experience (2 – 3 years) across a few domains (Fin-tech, telecom, FMCG, etc.). But most importantly, they have demonstrated skills in analytical capabilities, critical thinking and leading small teams.
ASSOCIATE
An Associate at pi STRATEGY performs a foundational function of the Firm: research, analysis, insights generation and insights articulation. They are typically focused on one or two projects at any given time.
What differentiate an Associate at pi STRATEGY from their peers in other industries/firms are their exceptional skills in analytical capabilities and critical thinking. They have an insatiable desire to question the status quo and finding innovative approaches to solving business problems. A successful Associate at pi STRATEGY has an undergraduate degree from top academic institutions in an analytical discipline (engineering, economics, etc.), often with 1 – 2 years work experience.
